Highlights of Kampala, Queen Elizabeth and Gorilla Tracking in Uganda

Arrive Entebbe the day before the commencement of your challenge / adventures. A guide from Asyanut Safaris will welcome and transfer you to your hotel in Kampala. You will then be briefed about your challenge while in Uganda.

Day 1:

Arrival to Entebbe International Airport with EK723 at 14.25 pm; transfer to Kampala and overnight at http://www.spekeresort.com/ or http://www.sheraton.com/kampala BB only.

Day 2:

Leave Kampala to Kibale; overnight at http://www.ndalilodge.com/ on full board basis. LD

Day 3:

Morning chimps tracking and afternoon transfer from Kibale to Queen Elizabeth; overnight at http://www.mweyalodge.com/ on full board basis. BLD

Day 4:

Morning game drive and afternoon game drive in QENP. BLD

Day 5:

Leave QENP to Lake Bunyonyi; overnight at Lake Bunyonyi Safari Resort on full board basis. BLD

Day 6:

Stay at Lake Bunyonyi Resort and visit the surrounding areas with views of the Eastern Rift valley Volcanic Hills surrounding Lake Bunyonyi Full Board.

Day 7:

Morning Boat ride on Lake Bunyoyi and depart to Rushengeri, stay at Gorilla Nest Camp on full board basis.

Day 8:

Morning gorilla tracking at Parc National des Volcans and return for overnight Gorilla Nest Camp on full board basis. BLD

Day 9:

Depart early in the morning from PNV to Kampala and arrive Speke Resort Munyonyo or Sheraton Hotel Kampala for overnight. BL

Day 10:

Before departure back home, you will have a historical tour of Kampala City cultural sites and combine it with shopping for souvenirs. BL

Gorilla's Nest is a lodge close to the Parc National des Volacans. It is has been built under a grove of trees with the rooms set around a large courtyard. Each of the rooms is comfortably appointed with en-suite facilities. There is a spacious restaurant with a large bar and reception area. The lodge is the closest in the area to the National Park - on a clear day the views across to the volcanoes and surrounding area is spectacular - and is less than a 20 minute drive to where the gorilla trekking begins. There are no pictures and web site available for the Lodge yet.
Air Tanzania flight schedules are out as agreed at WTM.
You may decide to have a full days rafting on river Nile USD $105 and half day rafting which is USD $95 per person. (The price has recently been revised by the service providers)
