GAME VIEWING IN UGANDA

The act of driving through the park for the purpose of viewing animals. The National parks in Uganda have a number of tourists’ tracks that can be used for game drives, in the cool early morning before sun rises too high, where plenty of animals can easily while they prepare to graze. Game drives begin from 6:30am in some parks and 7:00am in others; this can also be done in the cool afternoon.
A bout four hours are spent while in a game drive in the parks and a ranger guide companies visitors in a 4wheel drive car which is recommended for this game drives.

- Do not drive more than 45 km per hour
- Give animals the right of way and do not disturb wildlife
- Do not sound you horn while the park
- Do not litter around keep your rubbish.
- Do not start fire or through cigarette ends here
- Stay in the vehicle except in designated areas
- Stay overnight in designated areas a signed by the parks Authorities.
- Do not bring pet animals into the park
- Do no not pick or cut any plant or animal in the park
- Do not bring firearms or ammunition into the park
