A 7-days around Kabarole will enable you see the scenic beauty of the place, henceforth; the legendary mountains of the moon the Rwenzori Mountains will be seen. You’ll trek in the Kibaale Forest National Park a tropical rainforest environment, where Sensationally beautiful crater lakes will be seen, you marveling at the magnificent kindness and hospitality that you’ll be offered everywhere by the people of the area.

    Day 1:

On arrival at the Airport, your guide from Asyanut Safaris will warmly welcome you and transfer you to Hotel Africana where you will be briefed on the next days programme as you take a cup of coffee or Holiday Express Hotel for overnight.

    Day 2:

After breakfast, head to the west of Uganda through Mubende having a picnic Lunch en route. You will travel through breathtaking scenery and delightful rolling tea Plantations, arriving at Fort Portal, where you will travel on to Crater Valley Kibaale accommodation which is locally owned and provides basic facilities in a delightful situation on the beautiful Lake Nyabikere. Dinner and overnight at Rwenzori Travelers Inn.

    Day 3:

After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park with its families of Chimpanzees the home to an astonishing 12 species of Primate which also provides the highest Primates densities in the world. On a guided walk, you may find families of Chimps and Red Colobus monkeys. Lunch will be taken at the community canteen and later you will have the opportunity for a guided walk through Bigodi Swamps.
Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary is managed by the Kibale Association for Rural and Environmental organisation formed in 1992 with the aim of achieving Social and economic development for local communities. You will be taken on a guided walk around the swamp, which is home to approximately 137 bird species including the Snowy Headed Robin Cat, Black and White Casqued Hornbill, Emerald Cuckoo and a variety of Weavers, Warblers, Greenbuls and Sunbirds.
Vegetation, such as wild palms, polita figs and the dominant papyrus can be found; dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge or Rwenzori travelers Inn.

    Day 4:

After an early breakfast, leave the your accommodation for a guided walk at Magombe Swamp where you’ll be able to spot monkeys, exotic birds and butterflies. Relax in the afternoon as you wait for dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge. Here at the Lodge the buildings that comprise the lodge, created out of local materials not only make the most of the panorama but also form an oasis of real comfort and kind service, totally harmonious with its breathtaking settings of a typical African lighting is an experience here.

    Day 5:

After breakfast head to Semliki Valley. The valley known as the Garden of Eden and has a magnificent view of the River Semliki meandering to Lake Albert. You will stop to visit the local farmers and have a tour of some of there farms then take a picnic lunch at the hot water springs. Spend the evening on a forest walk in the tropical Rain Forest of the Semliki Wildlife Valley reserve. This evening you’ll dine and stay at the Semliki Safari Lodge. This is a high-end, low impact safari lodge set amid 550 square kms of game reserve. All rooms with private facilities.

    Day 6:

After breakfast, experience a day’s discovery, visiting local communities in the foothills of the Rwenzoris the inhabitants who look forward to welcome and entertaining you. After touring the area, lunch at the Kamugha Rest House and enjoy entertainment provided by the Bakonjo and Batoro (if available), before visiting the local women group creating Artifacts to provide for the community; dinner and overnight at Semliki Safari Lodge.

    Day 7:

After breakfast depart back to Kampala arriving in the early afternoon and later catch your flight back home.
